The main advantage of underfloor heating is the even distribution of temperatures in the interior, without underheated zones and strong heat sources. Finished with ceramic tiles, clinker or marble, the floor gives users a feeling of pleasant warmth, which is especially convenient in homes, where there are small children.
Underfloor heating requires specific general construction solutions. It works most effectively in such a floor arrangement, where the heating cables are embedded in a concrete screed accumulating heat. To avoid heat loss, heating cables are placed on the thermally insulated ceiling. When selecting materials for finishing the floor, materials that conduct heat poorly should be avoided, therefore, parquet or panels are not a good choice for finishing the floor.
