Entrance to the building via stairs independent of the construction of external walls - the upper landing connected to the door by a steel lattice platform.
In buildings with a high level of the ground floor, it is necessary to make entrance stairs. Such stairs should be a structure independent of external walls.
The presented solution consists in the use of a steel lattice platform, which connects the building with the stairs. Thanks to the stair structure being moved away from the building, the continuity of the insulation of the basement walls and the drainage gravel band around the building is maintained. Above all, though, it is a solution that prevents flooding of the entrance door threshold with water from the stair landing.
Two cantilevered openwork steps are fixed to the concrete wall parallel to the external walls, down to the level of the foundation of the building.
